CAA Elevates Six Professionals to Agent and Executive Roles
On Friday, February 13, 2026, Creative Artists Agency (CAA) solidified its operational structure by announcing the promotion of six key team members to elevated agent and executive positions. These strategic appointments reflect the agency's ongoing investment in its human capital and its dedication to recognizing and advancing talent within its ranks. The individuals stepping into these new capacities are: Casey Fraser, Kevin Goldfinger, Jonathan Granville, Joy Jiu, Katherine McConnell, and Chris Meyer.
Casey Fraser has been appointed as an agent within the motion picture talent division. Fraser’s journey at CAA commenced in 2020 as an intern, swiftly moving to an assistant role in the department the following year. She notably served as an assistant to Managing Director Maha Dakhil and motion picture agent Alexandra Trustman before her promotion to coordinator in 2025. Fraser, an alumna of USC with a degree in journalism, was also a participant in CAA’s prestigious in-house training program, Elevate, in 2024. She is based in Los Angeles.
Kevin Goldfinger has risen to the position of sports broadcasting executive. Goldfinger initiated his career at CAA in 2021 within the mailroom, subsequently transitioning to the sports broadcasting department as an assistant to Tom Young. A graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in sports business, Goldfinger operates from Los Angeles.
Jonathan Granville, stationed in New York, is now an executive in CAA Executive Search. This specialized division focuses on the recruitment of C-level and board-level executives across the global sports and entertainment landscape. Granville’s professional background includes serving as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Austria in 2019 before joining CAA as an assistant. He was inducted into the CAA Elevate program in 2025. Granville holds a degree in sports management from Elon University and a master’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
Joy Jiu assumes an executive role in Brand Consulting. Based in Beijing, Jiu joined CAA in 2019 as a coordinator and was selected for Elevate in 2025. Her earlier career was deeply rooted in the running industry, where she held positions at New York Road Runners (NYRR) and Runnar in China, focusing on expanding sport participation. Jiu earned her M.S. in public relations and corporate communications from New York University.
Katherine McConnell has been named executive and chief of staff of Sports Broadcasting, co-led by Tom Young and Matt Kramer. Joining CAA Sports in 2022 as an assistant in Sports Broadcasting, she subsequently entered the CAA Elevate program in 2025. McConnell, an advertising graduate from the University of Georgia, began her career with a broadcasting internship at the San Antonio Spurs and also had a brief stint with Delta Airlines. She is based in New York.
Finally, Chris Meyer has been appointed executive and chief of staff to CAA Co-Chairman Richard Lovett. Meyer began his tenure at CAA in 2016 as a mailroom clerk before moving to the Motion Picture Literary department. He served as an assistant to Lovett prior to his acceptance into Elevate. Meyer holds degrees in criminology and communications from Marquette University and is based in Los Angeles.
