Notably, he previously served as Chief Transformation Officer at HNB General Insurance for three years, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s transformative initiatives, particularly in technology adoption and customer-centric program development. His background also includes leadership positions at Dialog Axiata as Head of InsurTech and co-founding InsureMe.lk, Sri Lanka's inaugural insurance comparison platform, in addition to marketing leadership at HNB Assurance and management roles at DFCC Bank and Ceylinco Life.
