Decal, led by executive Andrew Brown, initially started as a joint home entertainment venture between Neon and fellow independent distributor Bleecker Street. Brown, who joined Neon as president of digital distribution in 2022, has been instrumental in overseeing numerous releases outside of Neon's core slate.
