Telefônica Brasil (VIV) has reported remarkable financial achievements for the fourth quarter of 2025, outperforming analyst forecasts with earnings per share reaching $0.22. The telecommunications giant recorded a substantial revenue of BRL 15.6 billion, marking a 7.1% increase. This impressive growth was primarily propelled by the flourishing mobile and fiber segments. Furthermore, the company's annual net income climbed by 11.2% to BRL 6.2 billion, alongside a robust free cash flow of BRL 9.2 billion, reinforcing its financial stability and operational efficiency.

These outstanding financial outcomes enabled Telefônica Brasil to uphold its pledge to shareholders, distributing 103.4% of its annual net income through dividends, capital interest, and share repurchase programs. The expansion of its mobile postpaid customer base, now totaling 70.8 million, along with the accelerated deployment of 5G technology across more than 700 Brazilian cities, significantly contributed to this operational success. In its fixed-line division, the company expanded its fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) connections to 7.8 million households, demonstrating a 12% year-over-year increase.

The company's integrated service offering, 'Vivo Total', which bundles mobile and fiber services, played a crucial role in minimizing fiber churn to an unprecedented low of 1.4%. Additionally, the business-to-business (B2B) digital services sector witnessed a 29.5% surge in revenue, driven by escalating demand for cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Looking ahead to 2026, the management team has reiterated its dedication to prudent capital allocation and continuous digital innovation. Telefônica Brasil plans to maintain its policy of distributing at least 100% of its net income to shareholders, with BRL 7 billion already allocated for distributions in the upcoming year.

Telefônica Brasil, a prominent mobile telecommunications provider in Brazil, has demonstrated exceptional financial resilience and strategic foresight. The company's focus on expanding its mobile and fiber optic networks, coupled with its innovative 'Vivo Total' offering and growth in B2B digital services, has positioned it for sustained success. These results underscore Telefônica Brasil's strong market presence and its ability to consistently deliver value to its investors and customers alike.
