The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) has initiated an innovative public outreach program titled "Very LACMA." This campaign is strategically timed with the grand opening of its new David Geffen Galleries, signifying a fresh chapter for the renowned art institution. Through a series of billboards displayed across Los Angeles County, LACMA intends to captivate prospective visitors and reinvigorate the public's connection with the museum.

This widespread visual campaign features striking imagery of the museum's architecture and its esteemed collections, accompanied by evocative slogans. Phrases such as "Los Angeles County Museum of Art Is Open. Very LACMA" and "Where Light Is a Very Wild Animal. Very LACMA" are designed to pique curiosity and invite exploration. The collaboration marks a significant partnership between LACMA, established in 1961 as the largest art museum in the western United States, and the marketing creative agency Crown + Conquer, celebrating its tenth anniversary. This alliance aims to redefine how the public perceives and interacts with art.

Crown + Conquer's CEO, April McDaniel, emphasized their forward-thinking approach, stating that the agency's mission is to blend culture, creativity, and strategic insight. The partnership with LACMA, especially as the museum embarks on a journey to innovate art experiences, is a natural alignment of their shared vision. With the recent addition of Christopher Gray, formerly of Nike Global, to their team, Crown + Conquer is poised to bring an even bolder dimension to their storytelling, striving to create narratives and encounters that broaden perspectives and transform how individuals view the world.

This initiative represents more than just a marketing effort; it's a testament to the power of art to inspire and connect. By making art accessible and engaging, LACMA and Crown + Conquer are fostering a deeper appreciation for culture, encouraging community participation, and promoting the transformative potential of creative expression within society.
