Veteran actor and comedian Ray Romano has officially entered into an agreement with WME, a leading talent agency, to manage his career across various entertainment sectors. This collaboration marks a significant development for the acclaimed star, who is widely recognized for his enduring contributions to television and film, as he aims to expand his professional endeavors with the support of a top-tier agency.

Romano's shift to WME follows his previous tenure with CAA. His extensive career is highlighted by his memorable portrayal of the lead character in the beloved television series 'Everybody Loves Raymond,' a role that garnered him an Emmy for outstanding lead actor. Beyond his individual accolade, he also secured multiple Emmys as an executive producer for the show and a Screen Actors Guild Award alongside the ensemble cast, underscoring the sitcom's widespread critical and popular success.

In addition to his live-action work, Romano has lent his distinctive voice to the character of Manny, the woolly mammoth, throughout the highly successful 'Ice Age' animated film franchise. His involvement spans several installments, with the sixth movie in the series anticipated to hit theaters in early 2027, further cementing his presence in family entertainment.

Looking ahead, Romano is set to appear in a variety of new projects. He recently featured in the Apple Original Film 'Fly Me To The Moon,' sharing the screen with Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum, and in Netflix's mystery series 'No Good Deed.' His upcoming engagements include the second season of Netflix's 'Running Point,' where he will star alongside Kate Hudson, and a role in the HBO Max drama pilot 'How to Survive Without Me,' produced by Greg Berlanti.

Romano's diverse career portfolio also includes critically acclaimed film performances in 'The Big Sick' with Kumail Nanjiani, Martin Scorsese’s 'The Irishman,' 'Paddleton' alongside Mark Duplass, and 'Bad Education' featuring Hugh Jackman. He has also revisited his stand-up comedy roots with the 2019 Netflix special 'Right Here, Around the Corner.' Furthermore, Romano made his directorial debut with 'Somewhere in Queens,' a family dramedy he co-wrote and starred in, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival before its theatrical release in 2023 and subsequent streaming debut on Hulu.

Despite his new agency representation, Romano continues to maintain professional relationships with his long-standing management team, including LBI Entertainment, The Conversation Company, PMK Entertainment, and Del Shaw, ensuring a comprehensive support system for his multifaceted career.
